Upon choosing our installation service, your decisiveness triggers action. Your dedicated bathroom designer will promptly schedule a home consultation with our adept installation team. A seasoned project manager will conduct an in-depth survey of your bathroom, capturing photos and precise measurements. They’ll meticulously assess existing plumbing, access points, and specific requirements. Step 3 – Bring Your Design to Life

Following your home consultation, our proactive project manager will seamlessly collaborate with your skilled bathroom designer to craft a tailored 3D drawing package. This comprehensive offering encompasses detailed overhead and elevation rendered drawings, as well as a meticulously designed floor plan. Brace yourself for the excitement as you receive a thorough quotation, delineating your chosen bathroom products and installation fee. In this pivotal stage, your adept bathroom designer will coordinate a consultation with you to review every aspect, allowing for any necessary adjustments in product selection and budget before concluding your confidently crafted bathroom design.

SUPPLY & INSTALLATION



Step 4 – Order Confirmation

Upon finalization and agreement, a 50% deposit is confidently required for both bathroom products and tiles, as well as the installation fee. This decisive step secures your order, and a scheduled installation date will be promptly booked. Rest assured, our dedicated customer service team will provide you with a precise timeframe, keeping you informed every step of the way. Your satisfaction and peace of mind are our top priorities.



Step 5 – Delivery & Installation

Anticipate a proactive call from our customer service team, ensuring absolute clarity on the confirmed delivery date. Our proficient in-house installation team will handle the delivery and installation of your bathroom with expertise and professionalism. A typical timeline for completing one bathroom installation ranges from 5 to 10 working days, tailoring the process to the size of your space and the intricacies involved. To streamline the process, full payment for bathroom products and tiles is confidently required prior to installation, along with 75% of the installation fee before the commencement date. Your satisfaction is our commitment, and we proceed with assurance to deliver exceptional results.



Step 6 – Enjoy your new bathroom with confidence

Our project manager, in collaboration with you, will confidently go through a comprehensive final checklist on-site before obtaining your sign-off. The remaining 25% of the installation fee becomes due upon successful completion and sign-off with our project manager. As a testament to our commitment to your satisfaction, our dedicated after-sales team will reach out with a follow-up call two weeks after the project’s completion to ensure your complete and unwavering satisfaction.
