I cannot recommend David highly enough and there are not enough stars to equate to the amazing job he did.
From the moment we spoke on the phone to the delivery date, he was caring, helping, supportive, patient, and professional. David went above and beyond what I was expecting from a construction contractor who can sometimes be on a rush. He took the time needed to ensure the end product was to a high standard. I can’t wait to enjoy my new bathroom, kitchen and floor.

I knew from my first meeting with David, that dealing with him would be a pleasure, I had a really good "gut feeling" about him. The preinstallation meetings were excellent and he turned up when he said he would. He listened to what I wanted, but more importantly, what I did not want. My bathroom had a full renovation, removal of old bath and other sanitary ware. There was great detail in his quote so there were no surprises, I made a few changes and a revised quote was sent immediately. Concrete floors were a challenge but David sorted them. Nothing was too much trouble for David and his team. If a problem arose, David would have the solution before you even knew there was a problem. The team  arrived early and worked non-stop. He and his team were extremely helpful and their work ethic was fantastic.  I couldnt praise them highly enough and have already recommended to anyone who will listen - I've  been told to stop "banging on" about how fantastic they are. David and his team were tasked with completely gutting our upstairs bathroom, replacing gas boiler and retiling in our kitchen.  Each done by separate lads (boiler done by a registered professional) - that worked like trojans from dawn to dusk.  They had several oddities in our house to contend with - which they did with patience and good humour - nothing was too much trouble.  Being able to pick what you want from anywhere and handing the list to David beforehand - was bliss - he managed all the purchasing - with clear itemisation beforehand.  We knew exactly what everything costs and there were zero hidden extras to pay for. David was very helpful from the get go. Called out, took measurements, gave us great advice on what he thought would work, gave us an initial quote (which beat 3 previous quotes by a LOT) and we went with him.

Safe to say they didn't disappoint. From an old bathroom we inherited to something that could be in a 5 star hotel room. Tiling done, bathtub removal, walk in shower, additional units, great use of space as well by David and his guys. Will always recommend to anybody looking to do a bathroom refurb!

UPDATE: David and his team recently refurbished our whole house! Top to bottom, rip out all the old and install all the new including underfloor heating, a new toilet downstairs, insulation, painting and decorating and installation of a new kitchen! The upstairs bedrooms were refurbished as well as the upstairs bathroom, 2 living rooms downstairs and a quick revamp of an old extension out the back.

David and all his team were brilliant and easy to deal with. David's quoting was again better than others and the turnaround of 6 weeks was unbelievable! Having spoken to a neighbour of ours who is a contractor, he was also impressed and actually admitted it would take his team at least 6 months to turn this around.

David and his team did an absolutely fantastic job! We purchased a house from the late 60s in Dublin and we required a full renovation on the house, including full insulation & underfloor heating. David's team did the entire job in just over a month, stripped the place bare and built the house back up. David is extremely organised and such a pleasure to deal with. he also provides you with useful insights and nothing is too much to ask. The level of the works the team delivered is outstanding! All is perfectly finished, energy efficient and it truly feels like we've bought a newly built house. Thank you ever so much David & team for providing our young family with a beautiful home!
